Job Description:
We are a small, Arvada, CO-based directional drilling company seeking motivated and hardworking laborers to join our traveling Directional Plow and Drill Crews.
As a laborer, you will assist with the installation of underground utilities using directional drilling and plowing equipment. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires teamwork, safety awareness, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with operating and maintaining directional drilling and plowing equipment.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Prepare trenches, install conduit or pipe, and restore job sites after work is completed.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is conducted efficiently.
- Support crew members with various tasks as directed by the crew leader or foreman.
Requirements:
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
