Job Title: Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer (Full-Time)
Location: San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View & Surrounding Areas, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route completion)
Pay: $26.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to manage, organize, and photograph dealership vehicle inventory for online listings.

Using a company-provided iPhone and app, you’ll travel between dealership locations, stage vehicles, and ensure each unit is accurately documented and visually represented. Your work directly supports dealerships by keeping inventory up-to-date, professional, and ready to sell.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.

No prior photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

  •  Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops) 
  •  Locate, organize, and stage vehicles for photo and video capture 
  •  Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app 
  •  Apply window stickers and verify vehicle details for accuracy 
  •  Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle availability and readiness 
  •  Track and manage completed work through mobile tools 
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who:

  •  Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
  •  Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 
  •  Are organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently 
  •  Have strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  •  Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively 
  •  Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology 
Preferred (not required):

  •  Experience driving manual transmission vehicles 
Requirements

  •  Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
  •  Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 
  •  Comfortable with mobile technology and learning new tools 
  •  Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
