- Assist Mitigation Technicians and Project Managers on water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
- Perform demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners on-site
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, climbing)
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in construction, restoration, or labor-intensive roles
- Desire to grow into a Mitigation Technician role
