Role Summary

An Estimating & Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for developing accurate and efficient cost estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects while identifying and implementing improvements to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive cost estimates using Xactimate or similar tools

- Support project managers with documentation and job flow

- Ensure estimates align with profitability and efficiency targets

- Communicate with adjusters to reach fair settlements

- Support the full project lifecycle from intake to completion

Process Improvement & Systems Innovation

- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows

- Implement tools and systems to streamline operations

- Reduce manual data entry and improve turnaround times

- Test and refine new tools and processes

- Train team members on improved workflows

- Utilize Ai Tools to propel the company into the future
