Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on window treatment options and design solutions.
- Prepare and present customized design proposals to clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to installation coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in home decor or design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Creative mindset with a passion for interior design.
- Excellent, clean driving record, must pass background and drug test
- Familiarity with design software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
