About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at HALAL GRILL dba Fatimas Grill as a Cashier! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to customers.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
