We’re looking for an experienced, personable professional to join our team in-office and help us reconnect with customers and improve retention.

In this role, you’ll reach out to customers with failed renewals to update payment information, as well as recently canceled accounts to understand their experience and, when appropriate, help them continue with our service. You’ll also identify opportunities to introduce additional value when it genuinely benefits the customer.

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys helping people, and knows how to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact customers with failed renewals to assist with updating payment details
  • Reach out to recently canceled customers to understand their reasons and explore retention opportunities
  • Identify natural opportunities to upsell or expand accounts when aligned with customer needs
  • Represent our brand with a friendly, respectful, and helpful approach
  • Accurately track call outcomes and customer feedback in our CRM
What We’re Looking For:

  • Required: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Experience in customer retention, customer success, account management, collections, or inside sales
  • Strong phone presence with a calm, friendly, and professional tone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections without pressure or aggression
  • Comfortable discussing additional services or upgrades in a consultative way
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
Compensation:

  • Hourly base pay (part-time)
  • Commission based on successfully retained and expanded revenue
Additional Details:

  • In-office position (no remote work)
  • Part-time, primarily morning hours (schedule may vary)
  • Training provided on our product, brand voice, and customer experience approach
We’re looking for someone who understands that every call is an opportunity to help, not pressure, a customer, and who can represent our company with professionalism and care.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
