Autos of Chicago is a high-volume, fast-paced luxury and used vehicle dealership looking for an experienced Automotive Technician specializing in import vehicles. We carry over 500 vehicles in stock, including high-end European and Asian brands, and we need a skilled technician who can keep up with production and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience working on import vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, etc.)
- Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance efficiently
- Experience with electrical, engine, transmission, and suspension systems
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and scanners
- Ability to complete UCI (Used Car Inspections) thoroughly and accurately
- Detail-oriented – no missed items on inspections
- Team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Responsibilities:
- Perform Used Car Inspections (UCI) and identify all needed repairs
- Complete repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
- Accurately flag hours and maximize productivity
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience working on import vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools required
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
