Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of projects
- Schedule projects with the clients and crews
- Source and order supplies and materials for projects
- Hire, oversee, and manage crew leads and technicians
- Train and assess crews for proficiency
- Implement processes to drive efficiency
- Evaluate and improve service operations and financial performance
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, call backs)
- Customer follow-up for satisfaction
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience in planning and project management
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Organized and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize while multitasking multiple jobs and crews
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field is a plus

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
