The Jason Griswold State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative with a strong sales background and a drive to maximize earnings. This role is ideal for someone with prior insurance agency experience who is motivated by results, commissions, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling
- Build and maintain client relationships within the agency book
- Identify coverage needs and close sales efficiently
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Prior experience in an insurance agency environment strongly preferred
- Proven sales track record with a focus on results and revenue growth
- Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based income
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
