Lisa Pate State Farm is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional who is passionate about helping customers while driving agency growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing relationships, conducting coverage reviews, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
While service remains an important part of the role, we are seeking a sales-oriented professional who is motivated by results, enjoys identifying opportunities, and understands how to turn customer conversations into meaningful insurance solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Active Life & Health License required
• Insurance industry experience required
• Previous sales, account management, or customer relationship experience preferred
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage recommendations
What You'll Do
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection
• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building
• Cross-sell and expand existing customer accounts
• Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and account activity
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency production and retention goals
