This role will be responsible for building relationships with sports agents, negotiating signing agreements, and coordinating weekly autograph sessions to support our retail and mystery pack products.

This role will be responsible for building relationships with sports agents, negotiating signing agreements, and coordinating weekly autograph sessions to support our retail and mystery pack products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with sports agents, agencies, and athletes
- Source and negotiate private signing deals with athletes across multiple sports
- Coordinate and execute weekly signing sessions (logistics, scheduling, inventory)
- Work closely with operations to ensure signed inventory is properly tracked and distributed
- Identify high-impact athletes that align with customer demand and business goals
- Manage budgets and ensure deals are financially sound and profitable
- Develop repeat partnerships and long-term relationships within the sports agency ecosystem
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
- Experience working with sports agents, agencies, or athletes preferred
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple signings and timelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest or knowledge in trading cards, memorabilia, or collectibles is a major plus
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

- Consistent pipeline of athlete signings (weekly cadence)
- Strong relationships with agents and repeat deal flow
- Profitable, well-structured signing deals
- High-quality signed inventory feeding retail and mystery pack products

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
