- Lead Little Wing & Rookies classes using our structured curriculum (training provided)
- Create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom for young learners
- Use movement, games, and hands-on activities to teach foundational music concepts
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain clear structure and routines
- Communicate regularly with parents about student experience and progress
- Help prepare students for in-school showcases and events
- Experience in early childhood education (teaching, daycare, preschool, camps, etc.)
- Strong classroom management and group leadership skills
- High energy, patience, and ability to engage young children
- Organized, reliable, and professional with parents and staff
- Interest in music or performing arts is a plus (but not required)
- Saturdays required (morning–early afternoon)
- Additional weekday availability is a plus
- Hourly, based on experience
