About the Role
Certified Lawns is hiring a Pest Control Technician to apply insecticide treatments to residential properties. This includes perimeter pest control and mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment. This is an outdoor, route-based role where you will work independently throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
- Apply pest control treatments in accordance with company standards, product labels, and all applicable safety regulations.
- Perform mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment.
- Complete daily service routes efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe, proper application.
- Provide professional and reliable service to customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.
Compensation & Schedule
- $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Weekly bonus opportunities available.
- Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal Saturdays required.
- Full-time, year-round position.
Training
No experience required. Paid training and licensing provided.
