Compensation: $12.00 per hour + additional bonuses for meeting monthly goals

Job Description: 

At Performa Wellness we are looking for an Experience Coordinator who is the engine behind the daily operation and premium experience of our partners.

This position combines operational execution, customer service, and commercial mindset. It is ideal for a dynamic, organized and proactive person who enjoys an active environment and has the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while contributing directly to the growth of the business.
 
Responsibilities: 

Experience & Wellness Bar 

  • Operate the Wellness Bar providing a high-level experience to members.
  • Brewing coffee (barista experience is preferred), smoothies, functional drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Actively promote products and services to maximize revenue.

Administrative and Financial Operations
 
  • Manage invoices and channel them correctly to the Finance Department.
  • Keep the payroll of professional services (massages, car wash, pickleball, among others) updated.
  • Manage and consolidate petty cash with precision and control.

Inventory & Purchasing
 
  • Supervise and maintain the inventory of the Wellness Bar.
  • Manage purchases of office supplies, products and materials.

Sales & Business Development
 
  • Promote all club services to members.
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain a mindset focused on results and continuous growth.

Operational Execution
 
  • Support the overall operation of the club as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, service and presentation standards.

 
Requirements:
 
  • Previous experience in administrative, operational, or service roles (preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry).
  • Experience in coffee brewing or as a barista (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and administrative systems.
  • Proactive attitude, leadership and initiative.
  • Full availability and to work rotating shifts.
