Position Overview:

As an Asphalt Laborer, you will assist with all aspects of asphalt paving, patching, and repair projects. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with hand patching and asphalt placement

• Rake, shovel, and lute asphalt material

• Clean and prepare job sites before and after paving

• Assist equipment operators as needed

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Prior asphalt or construction experience preferred but not required
