We’re looking for a Receptionist who’s ready to take the first step toward a rewarding career in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional office environment, enjoys helping others, and is motivated to grow into a licensed insurance sales position.

Role Overview

As our front desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting daily agency operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the insurance business, learn the client lifecycle, and receive mentorship from experienced team members—all while preparing to pursue licensing and transition into a sales role if it’s the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Greet clients and visitors professionally—in person, over the phone, and via email 
  •  Manage scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day office communications 
  •  Support administrative tasks including maintaining records and organizing documentation 
  •  Handle basic customer inquiries and route clients to licensed team members as needed 
  •  Participate in client interactions to identify needs and uncover potential coverage gaps 
  •  Assist with quoting support, follow-ups, and outreach efforts 
  •  Collaborate with the team on office operations and special projects 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred 
  •  Customer service, administrative, or retail/sales experience is a plus 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn 
  •  Comfortable engaging with customers and exploring sales opportunities 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems 
  •  Interest in obtaining a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (guidance provided)
