- Greet clients and visitors professionally—in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day office communications
- Support administrative tasks including maintaining records and organizing documentation
- Handle basic customer inquiries and route clients to licensed team members as needed
- Participate in client interactions to identify needs and uncover potential coverage gaps
- Assist with quoting support, follow-ups, and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the team on office operations and special projects
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional preferred
- Customer service, administrative, or retail/sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable engaging with customers and exploring sales opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Interest in obtaining a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (guidance provided)
- Hands-on exposure to the insurance industry and client experience lifecycle
