Overview
Bodenvy CoolSculpting & Weight Loss is the #1 CoolSculpting provider in the nation. We complete more CoolSculpting treatments than any other provider across the country, and as our business continues to grow and our success continues to build in 2026, we’re looking for another great person to join our Colleyville team.
We are looking for an experienced, confident high-ticket closer who can independently run a consultation from discovery through the close, build value, overcome objections, confidently discuss pricing and financing, negotiate when appropriate, and ultimately ask for the sale.
But being a great closer is only part of what we’re looking for.
We want someone with a fun, energetic personality who enjoys connecting with people and wants to be part of a competitive, positive, high-performing team. We work hard, we have fun, and we genuinely enjoy celebrating each other’s success.
This is not an entry-level sales position. Experienced negotiators and strong closers are encouraged to apply. If you consistently need a manager TO to close your deals, this is not the right position.
Bodenvy specializes in non-invasive body contouring, weight loss, and wellness programs. Our Sales Consultants help clients build customized transformation plans based on their goals, lifestyle, timeline, and budget.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven sales experience
High-ticket and high-volume sales experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to independently close and negotiate
Comfortable conducting 3–5 sales consultations per day
Strong discovery, active listening, rapport-building, and communication skills
Confident handling price, financing, spouse, and other common sales objections
Experience working with financing and lenders
Competitive, self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining a strong closing mentality
Fun, energetic personality and the ability to contribute positively to our team culture
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Medical aesthetics experience is a plus, but not required

Normal business hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Saturday availability is required.

This is a client-facing sales position, and there will be days when you are expected to stay later than normal business hours to accommodate scheduled consultations and client needs.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential, particularly during high-volume periods and as our Colleyville location continues to grow.
