Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in WIW (Who’s In Workforce) software. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, including high-volume recruiting, scheduling, and communication with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Familiar with WIW software/ recruiter/ emails/ prompt with work/skillful/ excel/word- able to juggle schedules
- Utilize WIW software effectively to track candidates, submissions, and placements
- Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Draft, send, and manage high-volume recruitment emails and follow-ups
- Coordinate and juggle multiple interview schedules across different time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of WIW software (Who’s In Workforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or staffing industry (if applicable)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
