We're looking for a driven, confident professional who can walk into a difficult situation, build trust quickly, and help people make the right decision when they need help most.
This is not a desk job.
This is a field-based business development role for someone who thrives on human interaction, problem-solving, and creating opportunities where others see chaos.
What You'll Do
When a property experiences a fire, flood, or other disaster, you will often be among the first professionals on-site.
Your role is to:
- Meet property owners during a time of crisis
- Build immediate trust and credibility
- Explain the restoration process with confidence and clarity
- Help clients understand their options
- Earn their business and secure restoration contracts
- Coordinate with first responders, adjusters, and community partners
- Represent the Paul Davis Restoration brand in the community
You are the bridge between a customer in need and the team that will restore their property.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000
- Performance-based earning potential

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to respond to emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
