Infant Teacher – Founding Team Opportunity
Location: The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA
Pay: $20–$22 per hour

The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a certified Infant Kead Teachers to join our opening team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, responsive environment where infants build secure attachments, explore through sensory experiences, and begin early communication development.
Joining a new center opening offers the opportunity to help establish classroom routines and culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
- Plan developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
- Prior infant classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices
- Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
