What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
- Outbound calls to help schedule and confirm patients visits and provide care and support
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
- Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure a great patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- Positive, upbeat, and “bubbly” personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- A desire to learn and build a long-term career in the dental field
- Reliable, team-oriented, and growth-minded
