HCOA Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico, is looking for organized, service-oriented professionals to join its collections team.

This position is key to maintaining the financial health of the club, supporting both account management and member retention.

Job Description

The Collection Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, following up on customers and offering solutions that allow the membership to remain active, always providing a professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delinquent accounts and follow up on payment pledges
  • Contact customers through calls and written communications
  • Offer alternatives to keep membership active
  • Handle discrepancies, account adjustments, and refunds when applicable
  • Record all procedures in the system in a clear and organized way
  • Work in conjunction with the club manager for account management
  • Provide solution-oriented service and retention

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • 1-3 years of collection or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of billing processes and account management

  • Reliable Transportation
