Responsibilities:
- Plan activities and instruction for school-aged children.
- Help keep learning areas tidy and safe.
- Engage and encourage students to use their language skills; develop social skills and manners.
- Support and engage with children during their playtime and physical activities.
- Supervise students in class, during transitions, lunch, and play periods.
- Ensure space and shared toys are clean, sanitized, and orderly.
- Supervise children during weekly field trips
- Drive children to and from field trips, if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
- Bilingual preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
La Esperanza Child Development Center, LLC is a 5-Stars Spanish immersion early childhood education program. Our staff helps create wonderful childhood memories in children. We employ nurturing and fun people with a passion for working with children to help them succeed in society.
Each center is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the center, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each center.
