Position Overview
The State of Arizona (AZDOR) is seeking an experienced eServices Management Analyst / Tax Analyst to support analysis, improvement, and optimization of taxpayer service programs. This role focuses on evaluating business processes, collaborating with IT and vendors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role focuses on evaluating business processes, collaborating with IT and vendors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze eServices programs, policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes
- Act as liaison between IT teams, business users, and vendors
- Provide technical and functional support for internal and external customers
- Conduct management studies, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Support QA testing, system analysis, and data validation
- Prepare reports and present recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, policies, and standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of management analysis experience
- At least 1 year of tax-related service or administration experience
- Experience with customer service/technical support (internal and external)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with XML (Altova XMLSpy preferred)
- SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio) experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- QA Testing experience
