ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

I’m a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I’m a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back—especially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
