Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will help prospective and existing clients understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions through State Farm’s product offerings, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients about different insurance policies and coverage options.
- Provide personalized insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the agency team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state insurance licenses (Agency will support licensing).
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
