Who We Are
At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.”
We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical care to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. Because we are clinician-led, we protect your clinical boundaries and prioritize long-term outcomes over daily billable quotas. At Gold Vine, you aren't just a supervisor ticking boxes—you are a vital clinical leader in our family.
Why Join Gold Vine ABA?
Too many BCBAs feel overworked, unsupported, and disconnected from leadership. We built our clinic to change that. When you join our team, you can expect:
-
Manageable Caseloads: We work with you on a manageable case load size so you can focus on clinical quality, detailed RBT mentorship, and meaningful client outcomes without burning out.
-
Zero Admin: Our dedicated administrative team handles the scheduling and admin logistics. Your time belongs entirely to your clinical practice.
-
Professional Support: We take care of our clinicians. We fully cover, insurance licensure fees, and provide opportunities for CEUS and paid ABA conferences.Â
-
On-Site Clinical Leadership: You report directly to our local Clinical Director, meaning you always have a collaborative sounding board and hands-on, on-site support when complex clinical situations arise.
-
Structured Onboarding: Receive extra support, guidance, and open communication with leadership during your first 90 days so you can transition smoothly.
-
Work-Life Balance: Clear expectations, realistic responsibilities, and leadership that actively backs you up when "life things" come up. When you leave the clinic, your day is done.
What You’ll Do
As a full-time BCBA, you will have clinical autonomy over your caseload, guiding behavioral programming and mentoring a passionate team.
- Conduct intakes, behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.), and functional behavior assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide high-quality, in-person supervision, case oversight, and hands-on training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
- Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and support a positive, ethical, and family-centered clinic culture.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
- Strong leadership, clinical mentorship, and communication skills.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred:
- Experience running assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans.
- Experience supervising and training RBTs or mentoring student analysts.
🚀 Clinical Leadership & Autonomy
As our clinic expands, this role offers natural pathways into advanced clinical leadership, program development, or director-level positions. We believe in organic growth—we will never force you into a leadership path you don’t want, but the runway is completely open for you if you desire it!
