Who We Are
At Gold Vine, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.”
We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical care to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. Because we are clinician-led, we protect your clinical boundaries. This part-time role is specifically designed for BCBAs who want to stay connected to high-quality clinical work and make a real impact without the burnout of a full-time caseload.
Why Join Gold Vine ABA?
Too many part-time BCBAs feel stretched thin, unsupported, and frustrated by fluctuating paychecks when clients cancel. We built our clinic to change that. When you join our team, you can expect:
-
True Scheduling Flexibility: We work with you to build a part-time schedule that fits naturally within our clinic hours—perfect for balancing family, continuing education, or other professional commitments.
-
License & Certification Support: Unlike most clinics that reserve professional perks only for full-time, we cover your Georgia state licensure renewals and provide CEU support and conferences to keep your credentials active.
-
Capped, Manageable Caseloads: We work with you on a manageable case load size so you can focus entirely on clinical quality, detailed RBT mentorship, and meaningful client outcomes during your hours on-site.
-
Zero Admin or Scheduling Headaches: Our dedicated administrative team handles the scheduling, billing, and intake logistics. Your time on the clock belongs entirely to your clinical practice.
-
On-Site Clinical Leadership: You report directly to our local Clinical Director, meaning you always have a collaborative sounding board and hands-on, on-site support when complex clinical situations arise.
What You’ll Do
As a part-time BCBA, you will have clinical autonomy over your assigned caseload, guiding behavioral programming and mentoring a passionate team.
- Conduct behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality, in-person supervision, case oversight, and hands-on training to RBTs.
- Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.
- Maintain precise documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and clinic standards.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate for your schedule.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work part-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred:
- Experience conducting assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans.
- Experience supervising RBTs or mentoring student analysts.
🌿 Sustainable Clinical Practice
Whether you want to manage just one or two cases (8–12 hours a week) or build up to a larger part-time schedule, we design the role around your boundaries. If you are looking for a family-friendly schedule or a sustainable professional pace, Gold Vine provides a structured, supportive environment where you are trusted, heard, and backed by leadership.
