Ready to run the most fun department in the club? We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and accountable leader to take ownership of our Youth Department. If you love leading teams, creating unforgettable experiences for kids, and building something you’re proud of, this is your role.
As the Youth Director, you’ll oversee Kids Club, Summer Camp, and all youth programming. You’re not just managing, you’re building a culture, developing a team, and delivering a consistent, safe, and engaging experience for every family that walks through our doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Â Lead all Kids Club and Summer Camp operationsÂ
- Â Plan and execute high-energy, structured, and engaging programmingÂ
- Â Recruit, hire, train, and develop your teamÂ
- Â Create a safe, organized, and fun environment for kidsÂ
- Â Build strong relationships with members and familiesÂ
- Â Drive camp enrollment, participation, and retentionÂ
- Â Lead tours, follow up with families, and support program growthÂ
- Â Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily operationsÂ
- Â Ensure proper supervision and safety standards at all timesÂ
- Â Handle member concerns and incidents with professionalismÂ
