Senior Human Resources Generalist (Benefits, LOA & WC)
Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid | $75,000–$80,000
What You’ll Do

Benefits Administration — Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans; oversee enrollments, changes, audits, billing, and Open Enrollment.

Leave of Absence Management — Lead FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, and state leave processes; guide employees and managers; ensure compliance and accurate tracking.

Workers’ Compensation — Manage claims from start to finish; coordinate with Safety; support return‑to‑work and compliance reporting.

HR Operations & Data Integrity — Maintain accurate HRIS data, conduct audits, manage documentation, and resolve HR tickets.

Cross‑Functional HR Support — Assist with onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, policy interpretation, and team coverage.

Process Improvement & Compliance — Support ACA reporting, HRIS optimization, SOP creation, and HR communications.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in benefits, 401(k) audits, LOA, and workers’ compensation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with process improvement or HR best practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred
