What does a Project Administrator with Paul Davis do?
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers to ensure project benchmarks and deadlines are being met
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication between internal teams
- Support project workflows by ensuring information is updated and organized
- Help identify delays or issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Provide administrative support related to estimates, job files, and project reporting
- Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others
- Learn new things daily about construction and building homes

Team Qualifications & Skills (Requirements):
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An individual that works well as part of a team, while also owning their role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, or estimating is considered an asset
