What does a Project Administrator with Paul Davis do?
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers to ensure project benchmarks and deadlines are being met 
  • Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records 
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication between internal teams 
  • Support project workflows by ensuring information is updated and organized 
  • Help identify delays or issues and escalate concerns when needed 
  • Provide administrative support related to estimates, job files, and project reporting 
  • Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others
  • Learn new things daily about construction and building homes

Team Qualifications & Skills (Requirements):
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • An individual that works well as part of a team, while also owning their role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Previous experience in construction, restoration, or estimating is considered an asset
