Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily tire and lube operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on vehicles for optimal performance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Manage and order supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in tire and lube services or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
