Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing patient scheduling and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and minimize wait times
- Coordinate with dental providers and staff to maintain an efficient office schedule
- Supervise front desk and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of customer service
- Oversee patient communications including appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment scheduling if needed
- Collaborate with the office manager and dental team to implement office policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and patient concerns proactively
Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, with knowledge of clinical and administrative duties
- Demonstrated experience in managing patient scheduling and office workflow
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
