Key Responsibilities
Patient Care (Telehealth & In-Person)
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver care primarily via telehealth, with in-person visits for assessments and manual therapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Clinical Leadership
- Serve as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice
- Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices
- Support future growth initiatives and potential leadership opportunities
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
- Ensure compliance with Georgia state regulations and payer requirements
Patient Education
- Provide guidance on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Encourage patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Physical Therapy license (required)
- Experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Personal injury experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
