We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production management team and help ensure our customers and installation crews receive top-quality service and workmanship.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews
- Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner
- Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs
- Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers
- Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job
- Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track
- Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively
- ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
