The Valais Agency, an Allstate Insurance Agency, is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. Earn an hourly base wage ($13-$15/hr) plus monthly commissions, with top performers averaging $500/month.

Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll provide a friendly, reliable, and informative experience, guiding customers through their insurance journey and helping them save money. This entry-level position offers a career path within our agency, with opportunities for growth and advancement. We support our SDRs in obtaining insurance licensing, opening doors to insurance sales and service roles within and beyond our agency

The core job requirements:

● Make a high volume of outbound calls to provided warm leads.

● Pre-qualify insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk.

● Transfer qualified leads to our Outside Sales Team.

● Collect and maintain accurate data in the CRM system, including contact information, market data, and qualifiers.
