I opened my agency in 2024 after previously working as a State Farm team member, where I was proud to be the number one team member in the entire territory. Before that, I worked as a CSR, and those experiences helped shape the culture and leadership style I bring into the office today. Our team of three is built around positivity, growth, and supporting one another both professionally and personally.
My wife and 18 month old daughter are my biggest motivation, and family is at the center of everything I do. We also have a dog that keeps life fun outside the office. Our team stays active in the community through church involvement, volunteering, and youth group activities.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Will Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
