Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs onsite - each typically takes under an hour
- Apply creative problem solving skills from your training to identify the right solution
- Grow relationships with customers built upon trust, reliability and quality service
- Travel primarily within San Francisco to reach customer sites
- Identify additional opportunities and educate customers on available services
- Work as a team to collaborate and reach goals
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail, especially the ability to match colors
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Work within reasonable timelines
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel to access repairs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with your hands (professional or hobby) including maintenance, construction, artists, trades, restoration, and home projects.
- Experience working in or with facilities maintenance is a big plus

- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
