If you've spent years grinding through cold knocks, bought lists, and price-shopping leads, this is different. At The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, homeowners call us when they want it done right, not done cheap. By the time you're at their kitchen table, the question isn't "are you the lowest bid?" It's "help me understand what I'm buying."
That conversation pays well, if you know how to cultivate it.
What You'll Be Doing
We book your first 15 to 20 in-home appointments per week from homeowners who have contacted us. No cold calls, recycled leads, door-knocks, or leads shared with other competitors. They already know who we are and are anticipating your arrival.
Our appointments are strategically routed by area instead of criss-crossing Central Florida. We service The Villages, Clermont, Kissimmee, Davenport, St. Cloud, Lakeland, and surrounding towns. We handle marketing, intake, and scheduling. You handle the inspection, scope, education, and close.
This is a role for someone who solves problems, not someone who pitches products. The highest earning reps walk the property with the customer, understand the home's actual needs, and build custom solutions: complete packages, the right upgrades, and a conversation where price is one factor among many. No online roof measurements. No cookie-cutter quotes.
Self-Generated Leads: Where the Real Money Is
Beyond the estimates we book for you, we expect you to be actively growing your own pipeline: realtors, property managers, GCs, BNI groups, past customers, neighborhood referrals. The reps who hit top-tier income build a book of their own alongside the company pipeline.
Leads from your own pipeline can earn at a higher commission tier. If you already have referral partners, or you're the kind of rep who builds them without being told to, you'll out-earn anyone who just runs the company leads.
The Pay
- Up to 10% on company-booked appointments, tiered by performance
- Higher commission tier on leads from your own pipeline
- Weekly pay, 100% commission, uncapped
- Realistic year-one earnings: $70,000 to $120,000+

Who Wins Here
- Proven in-home contractor sales experience: gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar
- You sell value, not price, and you can prove it at a kitchen table

Requirements
- 21+ with a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel across the Central Florida service area in your own vehicle
