About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at GUN BARREL CITY WINGS LLC as a Hostess! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure a positive dining experience to encourage repeat visits.
- Support team members during busy shifts to enhance service flow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
