Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of water damage restoration services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent Drytech Restoration.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Plumbing sales experience will be prioritized; bring your contacts and network! Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of water damage restoration processes and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
