What You'll Do
As a Sales Estimator, you'll meet with homeowners, inspect properties, identify water-management issues, and provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Attend scheduled estimates on time
  • Inspect homes and identify gutter and drainage issues
  • Educate customers on available solutions
  • Prepare accurate estimates within 48 hours
  • Effectively communicate product value and differentiation
  • Follow up consistently on open proposals
  • Maintain strong closing percentages and sales goals
  • Coordinate project details with production teams
  • Visit sold jobs to maintain customer relationships
  • Return customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in company software systems
Business Development
While most leads are company-generated, top performers also:
