We are seeking a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient flow and front office operations at our Quincy location. This is a key role in a fast-paced PIP clinic, requiring strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
We are seeking a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient flow and front office operations at our Quincy location. This is a key role in a fast-paced PIP clinic, requiring strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients professionally
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Manage patient intake, documentation, scanning, and emails
- Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
- Translate for patients as needed (English/Spanish/Creole)
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
- Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
