Shop Manager – Delta Tire
- Base Salary: $100,000

- 7+ years of automotive industry experience
- Former A-Level Technician
- Very strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Strong understanding of labor times and labor rates
- Experience using shop management software
- Strong understanding of Mitchell, Snap-on, and other automotive information systems
- Strong understanding of shop data, workflow, and operational performance
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train, develop, and lead technicians
- Ability to uphold company standards for paperwork, workflow, shop cleanliness, and organization
- Lead daily shop operations and technician workflow
- Assist technicians with advanced diagnostics and repair procedures
- Maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
- Ensure inspections and paperwork are completed properly
- Monitor shop organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Help train and develop technicians
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Uphold Delta Tire culture and operational standards
