Laundry LUV is reimagining what a laundromat can be — clean, safe, welcoming spaces that communities actually love, and that deliver strong, reliable returns for the franchise partners who own them. We’re not chasing the category. We’re redefining it.

We’re in a high-growth phase with a clear goal: 20 awarded franchise units by end of 2028. This hire is central to getting there — and to getting there faster than planned. You’ll have a direct line to the CEO, real influence over strategy, and the kind of earning upside that only comes when you join early and perform at the top level.

THE ROLE
Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed agreement.

This is a consultative franchise development role, not a transactional one. You’ll guide serious candidates through one of the most significant financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives. That requires equal parts sales skill, industry expertise, and genuine human judgment.

The right person is a trusted advisor as much as a closer — someone who builds conviction, not just urgency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll own.

  • Pipeline Ownership — Manage the full development pipeline from lead generation through executed agreements. Maintain real-time CRM accuracy (HubSpot, FranConnect) and deliver consistent forecasting to leadership.
  • Candidate Qualification — Evaluate prospects on financial capacity, operational readiness, and brand alignment. Lead discovery calls, validation calls, and Discovery Day experiences.
  • FDD Compliance — Guide candidates through the FDD with full transparency and strict adherence to FTC Franchise Rule and state registration requirements. Partner with legal on execution.
  • Broker Relationships — Build productive relationships across broker networks (IFPG, FBA, and others). Develop channel performance in close partnership with marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with marketing to optimize lead sources and conversion rates. Ensure seamless handoffs of signed franchisees to Real Estate and Client Success teams.
  • Brand Representation — Represent Laundry LUV at Discovery Days, franchise expos, broker events, and industry trade shows. You are the first impression of this brand for many future partners. This role requires 25–40% travel.

WHAT YOU BRING
Proven. Knowledgeable. Relationship-driven.

  • 5+ years of franchise development or franchise sales experience — with a track record of awarding units, ideally 10+ annually
  • Deep working knowledge of FDDs, Item 19 financial representations, the FTC Franchise Rule, and state registration processes
  • Fluency with franchise CRM platforms such as FranConnect and HubSpot
  • Established relationships within franchise broker networks
  • A consultative sales style — you build trust first, then close
  • Strong communication and presence; you represent the brand in every interaction
Preferred:
Experience in laundromat, retail, or service-based franchise sectors. Background in emerging or growth-stage franchise systems is a strong plus.

COMPENSATION
Structured for high performers.

BASE SALARY: $80–$120K
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $200K+

COMMISSION: Uncapped

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
We set you up to win from day one.

Every new hire receives a structured 30/60/90 day success plan designed to accelerate ramp-up and set clear expectations from the start. Here’s what that looks like:

First 30 Days — Learn the brand, the process, and the pipeline. Meet the team, get up to speed on active leads, and get fully trained on FDD and compliance requirements.

First 60 Days — Own the pipeline. Conduct discovery and validation calls, attend your first Discovery Day, and begin building broker relationships with support from leadership.

First 90 Days —
Close your first deal. By the end of month three, the expectation is that you have at least one franchise agreement in motion and a clear path to hitting your Year 1 quota of 5 signed franchisees.
