George Washington Toma is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Weymouth, MA! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, helping customers feel valued and supported every step of the way. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- Prior customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
