Your Role as a Gold Standard Caregiver
As a Live-In CNA, you will provide comprehensive, non-medical support to help older adults thrive in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities include Personal Care with dignified assistance for daily living; Wellness Support managing mobility, walking, and PT exercises; Household Management including nutritious meal prep and light housekeeping; and Meaningful Connection through companionship, social engagement, and medication reminders. You will also be responsible for Communication, building professional, trusting relationships with clients, families, and your ASQ peers.  Our client is looking for someone to sit down and watch a sports game and have fun discussions - looking for a companion!

Qualifications
We maintain a high bar for our team to ensure our clients receive world-class care:

  • Licensure: Preferred Active CT CNA License 
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional home care experience.
  • Reliability: Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (listed as an insured driver).
  • Residency: Must reside in CT, RI, or MA.
  • References: 3 strong references (2 professional, 1 personal).
  • Character: Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering ethical compass.

Compensation: $63,230.00 - $113,224.00 per year
