Position Summary:
The Product Manager will work closely with business executives, sponsors, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and represent the business logic into a SaaS solution to solve returns. Product Mangers will communicate with our design and engineering resources on a design first approach to deliver, oversee and review the progress of projects from inception through roll-out and release, ensuring that the roadmap stays aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with developers to identify enhancements or new solutions
- Practice Agile methodologies
- Present progress and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and communicate the vision of the project to the development and UX/UI teams to ensure alignment
- Build strong relationships with all internal teams (technical and non-technical)
- Develop and maintain a product backlog with priority ranking
- Establish project budget, timelines and ensure results meet requirements
- Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
- Participate in team planning meetings to provide advice, clarification, and guidance
- Strong organization skills and ability to identify dependencies, blockers and decompose complex problems
- Research and understanding of the latest trends and how to incorporate relevant emerging technologies while maintaining daily operations
Requirements:
- Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing tasks
- Work through product initiation process to develop scope of work, BPMN process diagrams, and any supporting work to document needs

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
