We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate services while creating a supportive professional environment built on teamwork, accountability, communication, ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and continued professional growth.
Our Therapeutic Day Treatment program is continuing to grow throughout Loudoun County. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) Counselor to support our school-based TDT team and help us continue building a strong and successful program.

These visits are intended to provide support, check in on program operations, coordinate with school personnel, assist counselors with student or program needs, and maintain strong collaboration with our school partners.

An active QMHP is strongly preferred for the Lead position because of the additional leadership, quality assurance, documentation review, counselor support, and program responsibilities associated with the role.
Applicants With a Pending QMHP-Trainee Application
Applicants who meet the requirements to pursue QMHP-Trainee registration but do not yet have an active registration may still apply and may be considered during the recruitment process.
However, QMHP eligibility alone is not considered an active credential, and a pending application, Board receipt, checklist, or proof that documents were submitted does not substitute for an active QMHP-Trainee registration.
Applicants who need to apply for QMHP-Trainee registration may review the Virginia Board of Counseling requirements here:

Tree of Life must verify the active qualifying credential before the candidate may begin Lead TDT responsibilities involving direct Medicaid-funded service delivery or independently provide TDT services.
